A: Our Full Service Design is a Flat Fee based service. This means you will know your interior design investment at the beginning of our project. We find this helps clients plan their expenditure and avoids the “what is this going to cost me?” fear that pops up with hourly fees. Our goal is transparency and open communication.
Our Virtual Meet and Greet is free of charge. Our Initial Site Visit in your home will incur a small fee, which allows us to reserve our time and create a detailed Scope of Work for your project. Our design fees will be outlined in the Scope of Work before any commitment is made. Once we agree to work together 50% is collected upon signing the Letter of Agreement and the remainder is paid after the Design Presentation.
My Design Consultation mini service is a pre-paid, 90-minute appointment. Please reach out and we will be happy to share our current consulting rate.
We can help you estimate what your wish list items will reasonably cost. We can plan for your dreams and then you can decide how to proceed. Or we can use your budget as a starting point. We will help you create a budget spreadsheet to keep track of estimated and actual expenses.
Every design is different, but our proven design process applies to all projects. A typical design plan will be ready approximately 8-10 weeks after signing our contract and we will do our best to estimate construction, delivery and installation timeframes. Even with our current uncertain supply chain challenges we will manage lead times and expectations. We follow along our design process phases together and keep you informed with frequent project updates.
